Small affordable wedding

Small affordable wedding

My fiance and I would like to have a small wedding with a maximum of 80 people. We would like to spend no more than $85 pp. We would also like to get married next year 05 anytime from May-Aug. What are our possibilities??? Is that too much to ask for? I'd appreciate some feedback. Thanks!
