Top 3...HELP!!

OK so, Im new to this whole thing but I am having such a hard time on making any final decisions. We have picked out our top 3 locations the fox hollow, venetian yatch club, and the inn at new hyde park.
Does anyone have any pictures, feed back, or comments for these three halls???
NEXT...
I was totally set on a fall wedding LOVE the dark reds and golds very romantic and intimate but...
now Im totally excited about maybe a NEW YEARS EVE WEDDING !! What does everyone think...
I was totally thinking black, reds, and silver... formal black tie... and maybe sparklers, NYE hatts etc... BUT my major worry is the risk in weather, what does everyone think?? Im so confused...HELP
