Transportation quotes for 125 ppl 9/25/10

Hello!

I need a broken-down quote for wedding transportation on September 25:

(1) Transportation for 25 people (bridal party plus family) from the Hyatt in Hauppauge, arriving in Sayville at 2:45; then taking the same 25 people from Sayville to Oakdale, departing Sayville at 4pm (so about 2.5 hrs total).

(2) Transportation for 100 people from Hauppauge to Oakdale, arriving Oakdale at 5:30pm

(3) 1 Vehicle doing roundrips between Oakdale and Hauppauge between 11pm and 1am (reception ends at 12:30pm), transporting ~125 people total in 3-4 trips.

Please give me specific information, as opposed to a global quote!

No schoolbuses, but the next-cheapest transportation option is preferred.
