How many guests attended your wedding?

I'm sad because only 118 are coming out of the 186 that I invited. I feel like my room is going to be so empty. And what if people go out to smoke no one will be left in the room. Am I being ridiculous? Someone please make me feel better

We had a total of 115 out of 168 invited. Never once did I feel like it wasn't full!! Don't worry - that's actually a great amount....

we invited around 180 and 120 came. Usually its around 1/3 does not come.

We have 115 out of 176..it was a Sunday Afternoon wedding. I still had an amazing day and did not miss those people that were missing.

We invited about 350 and had 225 attend.

Taking out the Europe crowd (which we knew weren't coming), we invited 300 and had 225 attend - which was about a 25% decline.

Your room won't be empty - don't worry!

We had 104 in a room that holds up to 175 people.
It was the perfect size room!

150 guests was our minium grauntee. A month before our wedding we received a response of 120 people. We resorted to our 'B' list which then boast up our guest count to 150. One couple responded with 'will attend' and ended up to be a no show during the whole night.

Do you have a B list? I suggest you start sending invites to people on that list. It's better to pay and feed actual bodies than pay and feed empty seats. Although you may be close to your wedding date and it's too late to send invitations but it may boast up the guest count. That's what we did... we sent out 25-30 invites at the very last minute which was past our RSVP deadline to our B list. We included all the nessary info in our invitations EXCEPT our RSVP card as it was too late. Many of them we hand delivered to the last minutes invitees.

We invited about 220 and we had only 144. They way they arranged the tables it didn't look empty at all. Our guarantee was 150 ....

Don't worry about it - think of it that your guests won't be crowded.

We invited a lot more than we had. We ended up with 185 in a 400 room and it was fine

I had 160 out of 207. Dani which room are you in?

Don't worry about it at all....it's never the size of the crowd that matters!

We had 165 out of 206. I wouldn't worry about it, I was actually a little relieved everyone invited wasn't coming. (I feel awful saying that)

We had 117 out of about 130. I think 117 was a nice sized crowd so dont be worried.

We had about 102 people out of 130 that we invited. Our room can hold up to a max of 200 so when I did my table placements at the reception site I just made sure the tables were properly spaced. The extra room between each table was great and the room looked totally full!!!

125 out of 150. Be prepared though some ppl will be last minute no shows or extra people will show up. It usually balances out.
