Just checking up on my fellow 04 Brides, wanting to see if any of us have done anything new and also just to say hi.
New things: Brought my BMs each a BM hankie and a little BM book Going to order 'Ring for a Kiss' bells Found the dress that I want but I just need to go into the store and look at it

I have the table cameras. I think that is enough. The $$ issue is what I am thinking of. I will have my cousin video tape and maybe ask another to take pictures too. Good I don't have spend more $$..

if i see stuff for the wedding i usually pick it up and put it in the wedding bin. so far i have the wreaths that go around the taper candles and i have bubbles.
i am going to start calling vendors once i know brians schedule. he hasnt gotten his hours yet and is starting training. Once I know his schedule we'll make appointments with vendors and we'll try and get in as many as we can in a weekend without feeling overwhelmed.
hopefully we should have our vendors done by the spring.

Hey! I'm on my lunch break. I have to call my priest and make an apponitment to meet with him.
How many of you are doing a full mass? I think I am. I am not a church goer on a regular basis, So I think it might be nice.

I am Catholic and FH is Greek Orthodox. We've decided to get married in the GO church, but we're not going to have a full mass. I wouldn't be allowed to take the sacraments at the GO church b/c I am not GO.

I don't know much about GO, but I heard they have different customs in terms of the wedding. Do you have to wear something on your head? I saw that in someone's pictures.

Yeah, you have to wear crowns (one for me, one for Peter attached together by a ribbon) and the best man/Coumbaro put his on my head and mine on his 3 times and then we walk around the alter three times with the crowns on our head. It's a really beautiful ceremony. I can't wait!

I am a church goer and both FH & I are both Catholic, so we are having a full mass. I would not have it any other way.
I am having 4 BM (including MOH) and 6 GM (including Best Man).

i have in my B Matron of honor Maid of honor 3 bridesmaids toal 5
FI has best man 3 groomsmen total 4
The best man and matron are married to each other and one of my BM and one of his GM are married to each other

It's good to have couples in the bridal party, it helps thigs out in terms of pairing up. My maid of honor is my sister, she is not married.
If I have three bridesmaids who are married, are they still called bridesmaids?

I have 2 flower girls, 1 ring bearer, 1 MOH, 5 BMs and possibly one Junior BM and Peter has 1 Best Man and 5 GM.

We are doing a ceremony only (not enough time for full mass).
As to bridal party, I have 4 on each side but have not decided on Flower Girl or Ring Bearer yet.

I have a MOH and a junior bridesmaid. Thats it. My MOH is my best friend and the junior bridesmaid is my sister (she will be 12). He will have his two best friends and groomsmen, and we will have one flower girl and one ring-bearer.
