Ughhh I can't judge eating Chinese today, because I just pigged out on Fried Chicken...and Cupcakes...and fondue. eeeeh. Luckily it is my 'cheat' day but I over did it for sure. I think I need to jog a gazillion miles tomorrow lol.

Way to go Chaz congrats! Your last weight and current weight is 2 of my next weight loss goals. Hoping to get there soon. Way to go ladygoodman!!! I wish I was right behind you but I kept having some off weeks and having to prolong or restart. I didn't do it at all last week from being sick so I am going to redo week 3 so I have the strength to do week 4. I have surgery on Friday I am hoping a tonsillectomy doesn't prevent me from stopping from working out.Even though yesterday was mother's day I had the smallest sliver of cake and we had pizza I only took one slice cause I was like I have a goal to get to and this won't help. I also went for a 3 mile or 4 mile walk with my nephew since it was nice out so hopefully that helped a little with the cake and pizza. Today right back to my normal eating smoothie for breakfast, salad for lunch, going to grill up some veggies when I get home.

one thing that has helped me slowly but surely is a fitbit, its a calorie and activity tracker. I think its definitely worth the investment. Definitely look it up at fitbit.com . It has been a great help on my weight loss and has motivated me to stay active.

I have been awful this week. I ate an entire box of Girl Scout cookies, bagel, a bag of caramels, and a huge bag of popcorn. Also ate pizza for lunch yesterday and ordered a potbelly sandwich for lunch today with TWO cookies. It's almost that time of month so I'm crossing my fingers that's why my eating has been out of control!!I really wanted to lose a few lbs prior to my engagement party on June 1 but looks like that wont be happening. Uggggh! At least tomorrow is a new day

Hi. My name is Len. I'm 33. I love to cook but I love to eat more. My friends always make fun of my eating habits and call me the garbage disposal for I can eat everything in sight.. lol. My FH says I tend to eat with my eyes..lol. I'm trying to lose 10 lbs for the wedding. Thus far I've managed to lose 1.5lbs. I run twice a week. My work just started doing a Biggest Loser Program and that has been given me motivation to she'd those pesky few lbs. I'm also learning portion control. It will be hard, but I'm determined!

Having a tough start to today. I lost it on poor FH last night. For a little background, he is on WW too but certainly not taking weightloss as serious as me. For a little perspective he gets a whopping 58pts each day (anyone that's ever been on WW gets how much that really is!). So budgeting his points is really never an issue. So everynight, when he has plenty of points left over, and I'm like eating an orange, he will eat cookies or icecream, or some kind of snack. Mind you they're usually WW so the points aren't crazy, but still he gets to indulge.Well, last night, he has two icecream bars. ughh. When he went for the 2nd one I just about lost my sh*t lol. He's like 'I just have a sweet tooth tonight, doesn't that ever happen to you?' I told him yea, and I have to ignore it lol. Poor boy didn't know what hit him. I was just so angry/jealous,of how he can eat 2 icecream bars a night and still lose weight! ugh men! lol I'm feeling better now, but this morning it was on my mind and as I packed my small (tiny) lunch up I again thought about how hard I have to work and hold back for a measly .4lb weightloss. Ugh.
Sorry needed to Vent.

It's so frustrating how easy men have it losing weight! To add to that, my FH actually PREFERS healthy food! I could be eating doritos or cookies in the apartment and he will not be tempted at all. He loves meat and greens. Sigh... totally not fair.

UGH. I broke my diet again today. SHOOT. I was so happy I picked up my gown I ate burger, fries and ice cream to celebrate. UGHHHHHHHH. I am so mad at myself, especially now that I only have until November to lose the weight. (That is my alteration date). Crapola.

I get food envy all the time! I love eating clean because I feel amazing; I'm basically only eating fruit, vegetables, chicken, and gluten-free brown rice pasta or brown rice. I'll stray here and there for a sandwich or something different for lunch, but my diet is basically consistent with clean, fresh foods. I cook them differently each night to mix things up. I love saving calories for Ralph's or 16 Handles though - I have a HUGE sweet tooth.
FH brings home take-out EVERY NIGHT...which is how I gained 40 pounds in the first place. When we started dating, I was very strict with my diet and exercise, I weighed 120. Of course, with time, he broke my amazing eating habits and I started eating out with him 5 days a week. By December 2012, I was at 163, which is when I bought my dress and reality really hit.
But regardless, I'll be sitting at the table with a nice colorful bowl of steamed veggies and grilled chicken, and FH is destroying buffalo chicken strips and fries, or 4 tacos and a quesadilla from Taco Bell. I just sit there drooling, like how don't you gain weight?!
