OMG me too! I was trying on pants yesterday & everything was so tight. I am making a commitment to myself to exercise this week 3 days. I am so disgusted with myself.

I feel so proud of myself today! I take our laundry to a laundromat weekly and sit there the whole time.. But today while it was washing I figured I had at least 20 minutes and I took a walk! I walked over a mile and walked for 21 minutes.. It was such a nice alternative than sitting watching my laundry tumble!

I ate my body weight in BBQ today :(.. I will be working out overtime this week to burn it off! Lol

Thanks! Yeah I am finally feeling sort of human again and in much less pain thank god. I can eat now but sill feels a little funny to swallow. Yeah now that I am down here in the low 140 I want t see 130's so bad. I can't wait to get medical clearance so I can get back to working out. I love that coming on here gives us the motivation we need when we are lacking it. I am taking food very slowly this week but keeping it minimal hoping that I can work out real soon and get back to my regular diet. I am planning on doing a little detox diet/elimination diet. Cause I know becoming vegetarian I lost weight meat just made me feel like I wanted to go into a food coma every time. I want to do the elimination diet to see if dairy, or gluten or what other foods I eat are actually sabotaging me making me feel ick. I know when I eat too much sugary things or junk food my body feels so off. But I am curious of what healthy foods my body just doesn't quite like cause I am sure there is probably one or two I just don't pay enough attention.

Ugh I was bad and ordered an unhealthy lunch. It's so tough to eat healthy when the weather is so gloomy! I'm going to force myself to go to the gym, though! I went Friday and Sunday, so I'm doing a bit better!!

So excited I decided yesterday to try on an old pair of pants that were a size or two smaller than what I was wearing that were just a bit too tight to button and get up over my *** properly. So they fit yesterday! I fit back into my lucky skinny jeans that are a size 28 which is equivalent to a 5/6. So the tonsillectomy was good for something I lost enough weight to fit back into my old jeans :) I am one step away from my goal jeans that I have left from when I was skinny.I got clearance to go back to working out just have to start slow so I think I am just going to walk and work myself back up to running I don't want to over do it too soon. Really hoping I can lose at least another 5lb before my engagement shoot and high school reunion in a few weeks.

Thanks! It was the best feeling every when I was able to get them up over my *** and zip them. A few weeks ago I could barely get them over my *** so this is motivating me to be very strict with my diet and I have been very antsy to get back to working out.

I just did my first day of c25k (couch to 5k) I made FH do it with me and it was so hard and so good at the same time!! (I also did Zumba at the gym this morning)

This may seem so minor and like a DUH moment to some but for Fh & I this would just be an excuse to fall off the wagon, 2 weeks in and we are definitely committed!!

so proud!! lol I fell way off the wagon, and then the wagon ran me over lol..I'm going away this weekend and I will try to be 'good' but I will just have to start back up after I get home because honestly I want to live it up on vacay.

I've been eating really good but I've been slacking on working out since I hurt my knee. It keeps nagging me. But monday I'll back at it I have like 6 weeks until hawaii and I'd like to not feel gross in my bathing suits.Welcome New Vendors
