A thread just for PlusSize Brides

Last night was very successful girls! Viewed our wedding bands and they are coming along nicely. It fit perfectly -- they just need to clean up the design a little bit. Also went to look at tuxes with FH and I love what he picked out. Then we hit the mall and dropped off the groomsmen gifts at Things Remembered for engraving. Then we hit JC Penny and I got these great watches by Relic -- 25% off! -- for my two nephews as their thank you gift.

Only gifts left are something else for the groomsmen and we are DONE with that.

Now I just need to figure out what I'm getting FH. I think a telescope.

Wow, you got alot done, Good for you!!!
I would LOVE to buy FH a small sail boat but I don't think it's in the budget right now..lol
at this point i am leaning toward a pocket watch with something special engraved, like our wedding date and our pet names Pookie and Angel

I went yesterday to get my tiara (a lil one) and I'm going tomorrow night for another hair trial. I hope it is better than the first one. Invitations are going out tomorrow!!!

Last night, FH and I spent the night making tiny wax seals to for sealing our invitations. They say A&T -- our initials.

Kara -- what time is your flight? How many people are you going with?

7:15 pm -- LaGuardia ( )
Well we are a whopping --- 3 ladies!! But that's OK, my friends all have kids and can't make it, so the three of us will have the fun of 15! Also I then get another party here in NY.

I have brides brain today. I'm sitting here at work bored out of my mind. There is work I should be doing, but don't feel like it. I have a slight stomach ache, and I'm exhausted from all the running around this week.

I hear ya, I miss Nap time! I have literally NOTHING to do at work so all I do is post post post....I'm running out of things to post...hehe.
Our office doesn't have the air conditioning working too well so it's so hot I could fall asleep.

Where do you work? I work for a public relations company. It's been a slow summer...and when the bosses are out at meetings or on vacation, its that much harder to stay motiviated to do anything.

I work at a Nursing Home in their Business Office. It's so extremely boring when no one wants Medicaid!!!

how's everyone's weekend?

My weekend has been great -- despite the weather. Friday night, FH made me a romantic dinner and then we watched a movie at home. Yesterday, my cousin had a big family BBQ which was tons of fun. I got to see cousins that I don't see on a regular basis including my cousin from Tennessee and her three triplets. Today we're going to my Aunt & Uncle's house in Southampton for a visit. I'm going to bring my invitations with me and con my Aunt into helping me stuff. =)
