Our day was perfect. And the weather was beyond perfect! 70 degrees for Halloween!! Thank you mother nature!

Just stumbled upon this thread and thought I'd get it going again. Went to David's Bridal yesterday and I must say that I had a wonderful experience. Although I was optimistic that a regular 20 dress would fit, I was saddly mistaken. I don't quite understand why wedding dress sizes are so bizare. So I jumped over to the plus sizes 16W zipped but smashed my boobs too much so I tried the 18W and they all fit perfectly (some were a little big) ego booooost! All in all I was expecting a disaster (you read some of these posts and get depressed!) but I actually had a great time with my MOH. Lets keep this thread going!

Hey Girls,
Well I am totally dismayed about my finding a dress. Right now as measured I was told I'd have to order a size 34... so I am going to look like a HUGE marshmellow
I am suppose to have surgery in the next few weeks, (hernia) and they told me I get a tummy tuck as a bonus
BUT that still won't make that much of a difference because I can't find a dress that Has what I want..
Did you girls have this much anxiety finding a dress???

Hey pookie,
Hang in there! Where did you get measured??? When I did get measured, they wanted to order me a size 24.. I have been there before so I was like no big deal, but when i started think of the alterations, and the fact that in my sisters wedding 3 months before I was able to fit into a size 14.. I was like hold up!! Something isn't right.. They love to charge extra for extra length, and other things.. Make sure you are the right place.. I promise if you get that dress, it will be swimming on you!! I mean, it is better to be safe then sorry, but don't let it get you down! BTW good luck with the surgery!!

Hey girls
We're back. I'm officially now Mrs. G! Our wedding was amazing! We loved every minute of it and had SO MUCH FUN!
We're tryng to get back into the swing of things. I just posted some pictures and a basic mini review on BHB. A full review and more pictures will be coming over the next couple weeks.
