The day that Mark got arrested, my hubby called me at work and told me the GREAT NEWS

Now, I work in a hospital and I can't look unprofessional. I was doing the SUPER HAPPY dance in the nurse's station and saying...'they got the MF'er!! they got the MF'er.' I thought that one of the docs were going to commit me to a psych ward.

The best part of the day was seeing Lil' old Mark looking all busted and beaten between the two cops. Body language says a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As for mj whoever you are; DROP DEAD YOU JACKHOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And KISS MY ASSESTS!!!!!!!

The Fox 5 report made us 'recognizable' not famous and that was not Kathy's, Shelly's, or my intent. It was to make the PEOPLE beware of JACK HOLE's like Mark and to help the other brides he took memories from. My tears were VERY REAL!!!!!!! I thought that I would NEVER see my first dance, my father and I dancing together, etc. Got the point JACKHOLE mj?????????

Glad to hear about all of this. My MIL just told me yesterday. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help! Now I wish we hadn't PAID Marc the rest of the money after we got our tapes. Oh well, he'll be giving it right back to all of you who he owes $$$$ to, so in that aspect, it was worth it!

All these stories are soo sad. I'm very sorry to hear this. I do hope that all who were deceived get all your money back AND video. What's the name of this guy and what studio is he with? Sorry, I didn't get his full name.

More bad news about videomaker...Check your credit cards

Hi All, I hate to be the bearer of more bad news but my husband received his year end statement from his credit card and we found an unauthorized charge by Marc/Videomaker for $250 on a day we didn't even meet with him and there certainly wasn't any money due at that time. It was only a few days after our initial meeting at which we had left our deposit. So check your credit cards. Any news on ours tapes yet??? I still have not recieved mine.

Call your credit card companies asap. Also call the DA who is handling the case. There may be more fraud-type charges against him with this info.

The same thing happened to us when we gave Marc our deposit, our credit card was charged $550. instead of $250.00. We confronted Marc and he said it was a mistake, so he sent us a new contract 5 months later. Thank god we were able to get ALL of our $$$ back from the cc company!!!

I get so heartbroken when I hear of all this horror everyone has been through.

I was so happy to see marc getting arrested and knowing his stupid @$$ is going away for a long long time.

In the end the good do come out on top. I am so proud of everyone for never backing down and standing your ground even when Frank tried to come on here and post.

I hope everyone gets everything they asked for back

HI ALL,

NO, THAT IS NOT THE SAME FRANK (DJ)......

A lot of you have been sending me FM asking me if Frank paid me yet.....and what I am going to do if he doesn't.....

No, he has not paid me yet....I think he has like another week or so. If I don't get paid from him I have to write a letter to the court stating he hasn't paid me.......then pay a $75 fee I believe to the Sheriff's office in his area.......which that fee gets added to the total he owes me.......and they will work on getting my payment.....there are quite a few ways I was told that they can do it. But I'll give him his 30 days first before I proceed with that.

As far as the tapes....Det. Walker hasn't received them yet, but apparently they are on there way to him.

I will keep you updated.....

We've had calls in to Det. Walker every day last week (but he left early on Thurs. because of the snow and was out on Friday). I don't think he has gotten the tapes yet, and they have until Weds. to get them to him. Hopefully, he will call us back today for an update and if let us know if he'd like us to testify if the case moves forward.

If the tapes and all monies for deposits are not returned by Weds. (to Walker and he'll then distribute), the case goes before the Grand Jury on Thursday (at which time people may be needed to testify).

If you are a victim of Marc (either out a deposit, a tape, or out anything due to you according to your contract), please make sure Det. Walker has your name.

If any of us hear from Walker, we'll post.

Can civilians attend a grand jury hearing? I'd love to go see Mark in handcuffs!
