I was just wondering how much your churches etc. were charging to have a wedding ceremony. I just finally got some info on the chapel I want to have my ceremony in, in hawaii and my mouth dropped-4,500 dollars a la carte.

Usually at a Christian church they just ask you for a donation, but at a Catholic church they have a required fee

I remember going through this. MY church let me say it again MY church told me 1800 I found a cute church by my hall for 800 so I will be going that route now.

I am so happy i am getting married in a lutheran chursh! lol not paying for precan( we dont even have to go we just have to meet with the pastor 3 times) Not paying for the church. I am happy! it seems like catholic churches charge you alot!

my church fees are going to be between $500-$700. I might actually might get a break because my mom works at the church
