So....I started the couch to 5K last night. I downloaded the podcast onto my ipod. It was a really good workout! I am a little sore today, but it went well. Did anyone else start yesterday too?

Re: Couch to 5K - Week One
I never heard of it I guess its good if you are sore
No problem! A few girls were interested in it yesterday so I said I would start a weekly blog where we could keep track of our progress with each other.

I ran last night on the treadmill following the program. I feel good! Although I realized I need to get some new songs on my IPOD.

I downloaded the podcast for my ipod and it has music along with the workout and the guy tells you when to speed up and when to slow down.

thats what i need ... because i swear I'm going to trip on my own feet and go flying backwards off the treadmill while I'm trying to track time on my watch while trying to adjust the speed in time on the treadmill. I have one of those sliding speed adjustor things... not the easy buttons... so if i move the darn thing too fast i'm going through a wall.

Here is the website to download all nine weeks of the training schedule
This is pretty awesome, thanks for passing it along!

Re: Couch to 5K - Week One
this is great, I've never heard of it. Thanks for sharing. I think the biggest mistake I make is I push too much and get burnt out too quick. I'm going to have to put my new i-pod to use!

I've never heard of this, I will try it tonight! I've been using podfitness for the past 3 weeks, and already lost 15lbs, of course with a good diet and lots of water too.
