We are not doing favors. I just had bookmarks printed up to say 'in leiu of favors a donation will be made...etc'

we're doing favors altho I don't think anybody has to, just a nice gesture. I'm making bookmarks & burning CDs, think these are items our guests will appreciate & most importantly, use. I've thrown out favors from pretty much every wedding I've been to cuz it was useless stuff.

favors are my lowest priority. i wasn't going to do any - but now i decided to do CD's. music is my passion so it'll be personal and it's not expensive at all .. so thats my decision

I think favors are always a nice gesture for your guests. I know alot of them are sometimes cheesy but if you get something useful that your guests can really use than that's great. They have so many great favors now that really add something to your wedding and are very practical.

Our wedding will be Jewish/Catholic - so I hearing from both sides. Like Misty and my Mom said, Jewish wedding do not have favors - but the Italian Catholic side assumes they will be there.
I think it will be Krispy Kremes and the NY Times.
