Mine did on the top deck of a cruise around NYC! I was so shocked, I was like HERE?? IN FRONT OF ALL THESE PEOPLE?? It was perfect

Mike did! he did it the night before I graduated from Dowling! lol he got me all pissed off and then was like i am getting in the shower! i was like omg how mean of him, then he was on one knee and i was like what is he doing! it took me a second to figure it out!

So funny!!! I got engaged on a cruise as well!! Not on my balcony, but right after dinner on the deck on our way to Aruba. Coincidentally, we will be going to Aruba on our Honeymoon!!! Yes he got down on one knee.. In front of my 4 friends. What MOMENT that was. I didn't cry though.. i was in shock.
