I will definitely let you know. The whole idea of maybe getting ready at the Inn hit me this past week when we booked with Country Gardens. I'm also thinking of asking if we can extend our cocktail hour an extra 1/2 hour. Do you think this is allowed?

We are having an hour and a 1/2 CH, we're the first wedding of the day. We wanted more picture taking time. We're paying an extra $6pp - which isn't bad considering how much people eat and drink at CH's.

That's exactly the reason I'm thinking of doing the extra half hour. I want to at least eat a few pigs in a blanket or something!!

In case you didnt know- EW is having a showcase on a Sunday in Nov. I just made reservations...will be bringing the in laws so they can finally see the place!

You can extend if it doesnt interfere with another wedding thats booked.

They wouldnt let me do it because there is a wedding before mine that ends only 1 hr before mine starts!! So they dont want brides running into each other.

My only update is that I just sent in my last payment until the wedding.... There goes our savings... LOL

I paid this last week too! It *****!!! Thank goodness for my generous in-laws who have helped with half of the cost of the reception!!

Hey girls, if we want to do votice place cards, who would lite them?? Maitre D, Attendant, us, ???

Also, how do you know who your Banquet Manager is?? Everytime I've gone to the sales office I talk to someone different and the person that booked us is gone.

Just wanted to let you girls know that I had Eastwind send me direction cards for the Southamptom Ballroom and they are beautiful! They came like 2 days after I called them....

I asked if you could put votive place cards on the baby piano in the Estate and they said yes!! I will be doing something similiar so I will need to put a cloth of some type over the piano so wax does not get on it.

hey ya'll...so who else is getting married at Eeast Wind on May 28, 2006? I think I've found 2 of you. Anyone else out there? I'm in the North Hampton Ballroom. Ceremony starting around 4:30. I'm so ready to be done w/ the planning, I need to quit my job just to stay on top of all this crap!

Hey Girls! Tonight we are making our final payment at East Wind!!! What a relief!!! Next week we drop off our favors, centerpieces, etc....I can't believe it!!!!
