I am tiny too....and trying on those big gowns is so hard. The 'it' dress....well so far I'm pretty sure it is, has sleeves that sit right in the shoulder and it is A-line (kinda ball gownish, but not too much).

I didn't want it too big. I also didn't feel totally comfortable in a strapless. So....Good Luck!
