It's a great idea... why not try for one step further and do a live video feed?
thats a good idea but honestly I would be so nervous that something would go wrong.. plus the time difference would make it awkward. and I hate to say this but his grandfather is really old and NOT in good health... the doctors tell him they dont know how hes still alive

Oh I see. You are right then, the video would be best. I had just thought that it was a monetary issue. Sorry.
