He was going to propose to her when they got to Disney. I feel so bad for her! She doesn't know and the family isn't sure if they should let her know.

Oh and they let the other guy out on bail since technically he isn't dead yet, they are waiting for the organ recipients to be finalized. Unbelievable. This guy is walking around, and I have to tell my son tonight that his daddy is dead.

omg I feel awful for everyone involved except for that damn drunk driver I seriously want to stab his eye with a dull fork. So selfish, I hope he is haunted by nightmares for the rest of his life.

I know your son's father will be passin away soon but was he dating someone else and was he going to be going on vacation with her soon?
I'm assuimg she knows what is happening to him, right? She just doesn't know that he was going to propose?

OMG. That's awful. So sad.
But by NY state law, if you are declared brain dead, you are legally dead. It shouldn't matter if your body is kept going for organ donation. So I'm not sure how that guy got released.

They had been together about 2 years. She was in the car with him. They were on their way to Disney and were literally about to turn into the airport parking lot. She was in the front seat with her dad who was driving and they had no injuries.

And I found out that the dad had told them to hop into his truck when he went to pick them up, but they had already packed the bags in his car and didn't have time to move them. :(

that is sooo sad, there are just no words
this is heart breaking.... and the other guy is out on bail??
