Yeah I wouldn't demote her but if you feel like you have no other choice then be honest with her. I think honesty is the best policy and as long as your intentions are good, she'd understand. hopefully hehe

honestly i would see it as being more insulting as the current MOH to be told 'my friend is back in the picture so can you take a step down' it just seems harsh if i were you i would have both be the MOH. there is no rule on how many you can have, my coworker is one of four MOH's lol

sort of the same situation is happening to me..I am deciding to have 2 MOH..i think that is best for everyone involved because you don't want any Unnecessary drama
