Re: HELP! planning small wedding
well i started e-mailing/calling some places last week. And I received a voicemail from the Watermill and they quoted me at a price so low that I couldnt even believe it. Does anyone have any feedback about the Watermill? People have told me its beautiful, but at a price that low im kinda skeptical.

I have a 60 person min at the Riviera. I was able to get away with that because I am getting married in the winter :).

We looked at the watermill--its beautiful and the food is amazing. The reason we didnt go with them is because they wouldnt budge on the minimum for the astor room. They lowered it to 95 but i just didnt want to stress out about it just in case we couldnt meet this number. They have a room with a 50 person minimum called the bostonian but for us i felt like it was too small. They do more then one wedding at a time but that didnt bother me at all. Its well worth it to make an appointment with a BM to see what they can do for you. I found them willing to throw in alot of things and they did lower the astor room minimum for us from 125 to 95.
