How far ahead did you book your reception location?
I just got engaged about 3 weeks ago and am aiming for an October '08 wedding and I know that due to the high volume of weddings out here that I need to book a place soon. I noticed that a lot of you other '08 brides have booked. How far ahead did you book? I guess you might say I'm kinda stressing already....

We booked May '08 for Oct. '08. The original date we wanted in the RH's room we wanted wasn't available so we had to switch days in October.

I booked in May 2007 for August 2008. And believe it or not I couldn't get the wedding date I originally had planned in my head because Leonard's was booked. In addition I can't have my cocktail hour in a separate room because this date almost all booked up when I signed my contract with them. That still upsets me a bit, but I love Leonard's and the package their giving me, I figure no one else will really notice this.
