Got engaged on 1/1/2002, I went looking for dresses 2 weeks later. I found my dress 3 weeks later, the last week in January.....3rd dress I tried on that day. Ordered it Feb 1. It didnt come in until February of this year though. First fitting is May 13

Engaged last july...first looked in September, then in January, then again in February, going again next month...thought I had it picked, and now its changed again!

I've already tried on about 20 gowns...god knows how many it will be in the end!

I got engaged in June '01, started looking for dresses in Dec'01. Found my dress in Feb '02.

I ordered my dress 2 weeks after I got engaged.. I was engaged on Friday, June 7, and went dress shopping the following SUnday and ordered it that following Saturday..

I got engaged last May, Went looking in July and bought my dress in August. I knew it was the one instantly.

Got engaged April 2001, got my dress from Saymels in December 2001. Saymels closed and got my second dress at Bridal Reflections at Carle Place January 2002.

i got engaged 3/30/02. didn't go to my first dress shop until 3/17/03 (yes, almost a full year). will be going to dress shop number 2 on saturday.

One store, first dress, a month after we became engaged

I tried on others, but went back to the first one.

i got engaged on 2/1/03 and my wedding is not until 11/21/04- when should i start to look?

I got engaged in the month of November, and I went shopping after the Xmas holiday.

I got engaged in August, started looking for the dress in Jan., and found the dress in Feb. I went to 4 places before I found the one. I'm going to order it in about a month or so. I LOVE my dress, but I'm not looking at any more because I don't want to second guess myself.

Was engaged 4/02 and started looking 11/02. Found 2 dresses I love (I know which one is THE one just have to confirm my doubting self) in 3/03. I went to 5 places, I think

Got engaged Sept 01 and went dress shopping for the hell of it one day in Oct and found the dress then.

Got engaged in dec 02. started looking in jan 03. ordered dress in feb 03. Went to 3 stores.

Got engaged 12/23/02 and will not look or shop for my dress until one yr and a month prior to my planned wedding date of 12/03/04 (so this Nov 2003) I intend on only looking at a few stores... Macy's, Burtons, Wedding Center... I already have an idea of what I want, so that helps.

I found my dress at the 1st store and got it 3 months after I got engaged
