How old were you when you got engaged?

I've seen the variations (how old will you be when you get married, how old are you now) but i'm curious about this version

I had just turned 34 (5 days earlier) and FH is 30. I'll still be 34 when we get married and he'll be 31.

I was 32 when I got engaged, and will be 33 when we get married (almost 34, we are geting married 2 weeks before my 34th bday) He was the same age. Although this is my second time engaged, neither of us married though. Glad I waited for my Prince Charming though.

27 when we got engaged and will be 28 (almost 29) when we get engaged. FH was 34 and will be almost 36 on the big day.

25, and everyone told 25 is the year that the most dramatic changes (turning point) happen in your life, I have to say they were right - I got a new job (that actually has career potential), moved from manhattan, bought a house, bought a car, got Engaged, dyed my hair drastically lol,,,,but anyway I will be 27 when we're married

That is so true. My personality changed 180 degrees from 25-28.
I don't think a relationship would have survived that time in my life.

i got engaged on my 30th birthday

i'll be 31 and he'll be 33 when we get married... in 68 days...!

I was 25, and my FH was 28....I will be 26 and he will be 30 when we get married.

I was 32 when I got engaged to current fiance and 28 when I got engaged the first time (guy dumped me after wedding was planned and three years later married someone else). I was also pre-engaged with a promise ring when I was in college age 22. Obviously, that did not work out either. Hope it works out this time!!!! Sick of guys proposing and bailing. They should seriously think before they tell a girl they want to marry her. Boys are so dumb sometimes!!!

We have a lot in common! Both the same age at engagement and both engaged previously. I am getting married a month after my 34th birthday. I am glad you feel the second guy is mister right. I struggled for a long time between previous guy and current guy.
