I was a lurker back then (before i was engaged) and i remember this (I am married now)...and i actually felt bad for her...but if she was just giving out hugs or advice and whatnot i could be fine with it...i just don't like her occasional let me put this out there......and see what people do....
No doubt she is real...my question is if she is a bride to be or someone who just wants to cause craziness here in the bad way...

Honestly Allure is NOT on the top 10 of people who want to start craziness.

You have a point, but I feel differently. I think there are alot of honest brides (and grooms) on here, who have become my friends, whose opinions I trust because I trust that they are being forthright with all of us. If somsone isn't being forthright, I'd rather everyone know, and know not to take that person's opinions seriously. For example, if I say something, and someone calls it 'childish' or 'mean' or whatever, if it's a real bride, I'd be really upset that gave that impression, but if it's a fakie, who is just trying to start controversy, then I know I can ignore it, b/c it's BS
I understand what you mean re: developing friendships and you feel if there is someone dishonest out there you want others to know. But I figure that in real life we're going to come across people who aren't what we think they are or what they appear to be at first. I guess I've always found it better off in the long run to just blow it off and say 'if that's how they chose to act, whatever' and focus on the people that really matter in my life.
Allure has been on the boards for awhile now and I believe this sort of post has been done before. I think that whoever Allure is, she likes to keep things personal and that's that. I dont' think we should have to force someone to tell us who they are and if they got married or are getting married for us to feel comfortable.
As for whoever called you childish or mean, so what. Yeah if someone called me that I might be ticked off for a bit but in the end...so what. If someone has to make up a name to do that then that's their problem. Don't forget about sticks and stone..ya know what i mean?

Re: I have a question about someone here.
Oh please! I think it's funny when people do that. But I'm just saying some people DO create Sn's to come on here and stir it up. I have NO idea about allure though! If she's a fakie, she's done a pretty good job of holding on, and if she's not a fakie, she's been put through the mill a million times. And yeah, people can definitely just come on here to stir the stuff for their own entertainment...I know I do it every day

MrsH, even if Allue was not a 'real bride'...does it really matter in the long run?
And if she starts controversy, we all help make it last longer by replying to any controversial posts. If people chose to ignore it it wouldn't be controversial in the first place.
...I did not mean anything by it and wasn't implying anything either. I was just saying that I have heard this before, that's all. Don't know the girl, and honestly don't care either.

'Happy Halloweeny' comes from my friend's 4 year old daughter who thinks it sounds cute to say it like that.
