FH and I meet at a pharmacy and he asked me out after three times he went in there. As I know it, we fell in love and we've been together for five years. YAY

Well...as for the dates..I wanted may 9th...then she had the weekend after...and we both decided to more it a month more apart so we wouldn't put a strain on the family...since she would be marrying FHs cousin. That's too funny!! I have a bm (who's dating my brother) who copies a lot of stuff I do. It makes me really uncomfortable b/c my brother doesn't earn what my FH does, but she's constantly making comments to imply that she should have the same stuff and it makes me angry. I wanted a certain size e-ring (which I didn't even really expect to get) and suddenly that became the standard for what she 'HAD' to have. Meanwhile, my brother won't be able to afford that anytime soon. So since she told him that she won't accept anything less than that (especially now that I actually got it) who knows if he'll ever even propose? It makes me feel like 'do you want to marry my brother? or do you just want a ring size?'

waaaay back in 2003 my brother made me drive him to his Christmas party...said we would only be there for a little while...so he could have a few drinks, then we would leave. So...I ask him what to wear...and he says whatever I wear to work... which was plaid pants and an Express sweater...very cute. Well, I walk in, and all the girls are in GOWNS! Omg...embarrasing! HAHA. But, sure enough, somehow I lost my brother, and this HOTTTTT guy started talking to me with these HUGE blue eyes! Sure enough we exchanged numbers and 5 years later we are getting married!!

What about you??

I had a girl at work tell me my ring was too small.>I'm like...hey...i'm 24 and getting married...you're 37 and SINGLE...and mine was well worth every penny...none the less I looove it and it's ME right on the nose...plus..FH picked it out all on HIS own! HAHAHA

Exactly!! In fact, when my FH & I went shopping I told him to look at smaller stuff to save money. I told him I didn't need it & just wanted to marry him, but he insisted on me having my dream ring. I told her how I insisted he look at smaller stuff and she said 'I've MORE than earned it! Im not taking smaller!!' I wanted to spit fire! Earned it?
