My pantry is ready ...but I'm NOT!

I don't see how I'm going to be able to do this. BUT I just finished my 2 hard boiled eggs and am having a tea with sugar because I totally forgot about that.

How are you doing!?

Nice lunch- how is that chicken in a can? Does it make good chix salad? I've never had it- i'm eating chicken breast too- I had to have a mid-morning snack of about 1/2c watermelon.... I also splurged and got a diet mountain dew!

I really like the chicken in can! Its just like tuna, only not as fishy (um no der ) I think Swanson makes it, I like it because it has a great shelf life! LOL

I also just had a string cheese.

I NEED something sweet! right now!

OK- last night I had 2 hot dogs (no bun) with sauerkraut and a salad. For dessert I had strawberries with home made whipped cream sweetened with splenda.

This morning I've had an iced coffee (of course 1/2 & 1/2 and splenda) and 4 oz. turkey breast.

LOL- I'm eating the SAME lunch!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE tuna salad- but I think tomorrow I will make egg salad....

I think tonight for dinner I'll make some chicken thighs.... have any good ideas? I am always making them the same way.

Re: Kate- are you ready for low carb?

You know when I was home my Dad made chicken thighs all the time and I loved them.
He would just put them on the BBQ though, brushed down with some BBQ sauce or marinated in Teriyaki Sauce.

I should get them.....

Never tried it but I think they would do well in a Cacciatore (sp?) type dish too.

Re: Kate- are you ready for low carb?

May I have some cherries?! Please?

Re: Kate- are you ready for low carb?

You can- but for some strange reason- I binge on cherries- I would go to www.lowcarbeating.com and check out their carb count- I think they are pretty high-

OK- for dinner I had a salad with some chic peas in it for protein.. then I had 3 Wasa crackers (a little over board) with some cheddar and a nectarine...

Not horrible, not great.

Re: Kate- are you ready for low carb?

I had the Manwich in a green pepper with shredded cheese and green onions on top. Pretty good! The sauce said it had 6g of carb per serving, and as I watched DH eat 3 sandwiches of it, I thought it could be worse!

Some macadamia nuts and a cheese stick. For dessert some strawberries, rasp and blackberries w/cool whip.

...and a tiny nibble of choco cake, that shouldn't count cause no one saw me.....

Re: Kate- are you ready for low carb?

Only a tiny nibble? Awe, that's NOTHING...!!!

So far for breakfast I've had a handful of almonds and about 4 oz. of cheese.... and of course an iced coffee.
