do you ladies go to the bathroom (not pee) at work?

im not sure if i should go home or not (its only like 3 minutes away) but i work in a small office....

Omg too funny. I am not like that all actually. I feel if I have to go, I have to go and there is nothing I can do about it. There is always a fan in the bathroom and some Air freshener in our bathroom at my office. So I don't feel bad.

I try to hold it until I get home unless its an extreme emergency then I make sure that the bathroom is all clear (not easy beacuse there are like 5 stalls) and then go .. TMI? LOL

If I have to go, I have to go. As the book says, everyone poops! I used to have a thing about it when I was in school (middle school mostly) but as an adult I got over it.

cmon ladies!!! go home??? seriously is your hiney that spoiled that your #2 can only grace home cans? .....POOP!!!!! its a bathroom thats what its there for , courtesy flush if u r afraid of smell PROBM Is here to make sure no one has bathroom issues, you will thank me when you are in a situation when your home bathroom /nice bathroom is not an option

Ok as a sufferer of IBS, I have no choice but to let it rip when I have to. everybody poops...i try to go when nobody else will be around! Just go...people understand!!

Oh this has been such a hot topic between me and one of my coworkers lately. First of all there are some woman in my office that go in there and i swear to god its like the bombing of pearl harbor.. well thats what we call it cause its just disgusting (sorry TMI i know). However, my theory is if you REALLY gotta go you gotta go.. otherwise I will do my best to wait until I get home...

My toosh isnt spoile but I have a phobia to sit on public toliets - i dont thanks to my mother - so if I were to use a public bathroom I have to put all this paper around the seat.. so much effort, its just easier to hold it! I know Im a nut job

if i can hold it i can if not cant hurt myself in the process...
but i make sure im alone (there are only 3 stalls and all of 5-7 women on the floor soooo easy to find culprit)

also...for those who know what I am talking about...i like to 'courtesy flush' a few times...

I do... unfortunately with my stomach problem if i hold it, Ill have severe spastic colon and possible internal bleeding...so i suck it up and go...

If you eat healthy it barely smells though so thats a good thing right?

I think that its a bathroom and thats what it is there for, if i have to go, i go.

ok let Bathroom psychiatrist Dana help you with your phobia since the point of these boards are to help here I go ....

step #1 admit that you have a problem --- you are way ahead of this step not only have you identified your problem but you know who to blame , good old mama lol

Step #2: face your fears!!! baby steps try going to the bathroom in very clean public toilet like Bloomingdales or Nordstrom see how it feels , cmon I know you can do it!!!!

Step #3 repeat step 2 until its no big deal, practice what you learned from bloomies and go to the bathroom in target or Wal-Mart

step 4 now that you have conquered your fear help thousand others that once feared toilets
