Need affordable venues for summer 2015

Hi, I'm newly engaged and am looking for a venue no more than $80 per person. i would like a venue that's on the water or that have outdoor accommodations for an outdoor cocktail.

Try East Wind...North Hampton room. Really beatiful and has outdoor cocktail accommodations. It's not on the water but they do have an all inclusive package that is right in your price range.

You might also want to look at Westbury Manor. They are not on the water, but have a lovely area for an outdoor CH and should be in your price range.

The Riviera! Well within your price range, on the water, outdoor ceremony and cocktail space, and they've been wonderful to us!!!

miller beach surf club 75pp on a Saturday.. only downfall is that it can only hold 80-100 people... so it's good for small weddings if your having one :)goodluck

Try chateau la mer. They do a outdoor cocktail hour & it's on the water.. It's beautiful!

We're paying $70pp for a Saturday night in winter. Maybe it's because we have the Hill Room upstairs that it costs less? I didn't price the other rooms because I was counting on a 60 person minimum. Now, we're up to 90 people, so I probably should have looked downstairs lol.

Smithtown Landing! Its (sort of) on the water, but regardless it has a beautiful outdoor cocktail hour area, and I'm at your Budget for a July Friday Night Wedding. Another Lessing Venue, Mansion at West Sayville I know the outdoor was being re-done and the plans looked gorgeous, is also under that budget, so give them a look too.

I'm getting a seriously DELICIOUS cocktail hour (passed hors douvres and stations), 4-course meal and dessert for way under that at Sunset Harbour in East Patchogue! (You have FM)

The Riviera in Massapequa is on the water and is really pretty, and chateau la mer is just amazing, but I think it's above your price point.

West Sayville hands down. I just booked and they quoted me a price that was way below what I thought it would be.

thatched cottage quote me $100/pp plus tax and services charges for march! sunset harbour is the cheapest on the water place ive seen! I must have looked at at least 20 places already and emailed another 20! I hear the Riviera is cheap haven't gotten th ere yet... the view inoakdale lioks absolutely beautiful but idk how much it is oh or the pavilion at sunken meadow too but I didnt look there. the coral house has a lake so the room is on a lake they told me $65++ for march.... hope that's helpful!
