Don't quote, I'm going to delete the details but....

I have to call Lillette's back tomorrow and I'm nervous because I'm a baby.

Basically I'm usually OOT but I'll coming back to NY for my spring break to get some wedding stuff done. I set up my hair/makeup trials for the 15th, and will be picking up my veil from Barrons and I wanted to pop into Lillette's and try on my dress.
I've been growing my hair out since August and want to see how my hair looks with the dress (if it's too long, too short, if I like the style, etc) and also the veil.

I called Lillette's last week to set up an appt to come in and try on my dress, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was SO nasty to me. She basically said she couldnt make me an appt because I would just be wasting their time.

I was like...wait, what? She said 'oh you have to understand, we are a busy store and you'd just be wasting our time since you already ordered your dress with us and we need to focus on new customers'... I said I only wanted to slip on one dress which should take 5 minutes, and I didn't need a full appt to try on multiple dresses etc. She said sorry, we cant let you waste our time and if you come in without an appt and we're busy we'll just ask you to leave. (that's why I wanted to make an appt!) I ended up telling the woman I was disgusted by their lack of customer service considering we ordered my dress, 6 BM dresses and my grandma's dress with them, and hung up.

My mom wants me to call back again and ask for the bridal consultant we've been working with... but I'm still kind of frustrated and I'm a little afraid to argue with them again.

OK, I talked to my bridal consultant, she was very nice and asked what time I wanted to come in, etc. She wrote me in the book for a try-on at 4pm.

Sooo... if anyone wants to see my hair trial, makeup trial veil and dress.... you know where to find me next saturday

It will work out!!
I think that they are getting into what is the busy season or maybe had an off day- it's really odd since every time I called or went in they were nothing but nice and considerate torwards me.

It's very rare that people have issues with them.

I'm going to FM you only because I want to know a few more things.

Also I think when you go maybe mention the call to the consultant.

good ...........honestly i would mention it to her when you go just so she knows how her clients are being treated

I'm sooo happy everythign worked out! I'll miss seeing your make-up, veil, dress and hair because I'll be there really early! I'm sur eyou will look stunning though

When I went to try on dresses there in January, I thought they were very snooty and rude.. I didnt have a good experience at all.. but some people are very pleased with their service. I guess it all depends.
