OMG Foodie Rumor

I have just been informed that a SONIC has opened up where the Pizza Hut was across from the Walt Whitman mall.

Has anyone been near this area recently to verify this? OMG if this is true, I am so excited!!!!

I was over there 2 weeks ago to go to Burtons and I passed right by there and did not see a Sonics.

didn't they turn that pizza hut into a Chipotle? i live right around there and i go to the bagel place right there ALL the time and i have NO idea!! HAHA

See, I knew it was a Chipotle there, that's why I got SO confused when I heard it was a Sonic now. I've heard friends of friends talking about going to 'the new Sonic' on FB, and they're on LI, so I don't know!

I work in that area and didnt notice a sonic? Everytime I go to North Carolina, I have sonic. Its sooooo yummy

Omg Sonic!!! I love their commercials because they always show those yummy desserts. I may have to head out to the boonies lol

I hate fast food but for some reason every time I see a Sonic commercial I neeeed it. Maybe its because you always want what you cant have and their desserts look heavenly

I just looked on the website and the closest one is in NJ.. I am now considering a possible road trip just to get one of their desserts.... they look like they are worth every calorie and the gas $

First of all Ali, I opened this because it said 'foodie rumor', I expected to see a post about the new Daniel, or something!!! HAHA!! Ok, now onto SONIC!!!!!!!!!! SONIC IS THE SHIAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have it every time we're in Orlando with a rental car lol. We also made a planned, navigated detour on our trip to AC in order to stop at the one Sonic in NJ!!! It is super fast foody on the food end, but still yummy. I get the cheeseburger on texas toast thing, SO good! The desserts and drinks are what to go for. You can make any combination of drink, using like 20 different syrups and sodas!! Cherry limades, etc.!! Grape limade, but the best is ORANGE LIMADE!!! They need to come to LI!!!
