Fh is looking for spanish song to dance with his mother- we are having a band- they know some spanish music and are willing to learn new songs- he is 100% born and grew up in ecuador- his mom is here now, they are very close- so a mushy song is ok

Hey chicas! I guess you dont have to wonder where Colombiangirl is from. Are any of you having a Mariachi? I know of a great one. They would be fabulous for a cocktail hour.
Also if you want a Vallenato Band look into Los Macondo. They will keep all the guests dancing. They are not expensive at all if you want a band and a dj.
FM for more info.

Wow there are quite a few of us! I am half ecuadorian, 1/2 guatemalan and my FH is 100% costa rican. We were both born in NY, but we will def be having latin music at our wedding!!! :) We met with Elegancia entertainment and I was so impressed with the owners presentation, he was extremely professional. We have one more meeting with a DJ and then we make our big choice! Did you girls already pick?

Hello ladies. I don't know if I introduced myself already. I am Dominican and my fiancee is Chinese. In response to your question I met with Elegancia and I LOVED them. We booked them already. They were recommended to me by a friend who used them for her wedding last year. Everyone at her wedding raved about how great they were.

Elegancia seemed great. I loved thier interactive dvd. I called over the phone for a quote and it was pretty high. I ended up going with Ultimate Sounds Dj a new york weddings vendor. Their price was great and they were also bi-lingual

I'm trying to find a song too. The only one I can think of is Mi Nina Bonita. If you know of another song let me know.

Re: Paging all Latin Brides
There was an earlier discussion about this on this same thread - some girls mentioned the Julio Iglesias song De Nina a Mujer. I would double check the lyrics though. While the title sounds nice, I am not %100 certain tha the lyrics are appropriate.

Re: Paging all Latin Brides
The father/daughter dance was discussed on this thread as well...I also posted the lyrics. I danced to 'De Niña A Mujer' with my dad. You can't go wrong with Julio Iglesias!
