I haven't really discussed it with her, so I dunno. My bro (a GM) wants to give a speech at the reception, and personally I'd prefer to hear from him rather than the BM. And I know my mom is preparing a speech/toast to us for the RD. If my MOH gives a speech it'll prob be during the reception.

At the reception and only one of my MOH is doing a speech - only because she made me do one but she's getting off easy, her husband is the best man so they get to share a toast.

We're going to allow all of our family, friends and wedding party to say a few words at the rehearsal dinner but I think that the MOH and BM will recite their formal ones at the reception.

My MOH is my sister and she will make a speech at the reception as well as the best man...One of my bridesmaids will also make one but she said it will be a surprise.

I'm doing it at the reception. My Matron of Honor was there through thick and thin with me when I broke up with my bf before I met FH and then supported my decision to start dating again and was always there as a friend. I asked her to say something when the BM gives his spiel (sp?), which I'm afraid of!
