They do get pretty big. Maybe around the same size as golden retrievers. But they're just so freaking adorable!

THeres a toy...i think its the americn eskimo...its just like a samoyed but smaller

but only the samoyed has the famous sammy smile!!

we're going to get a puppy too when we move. We HAVE to get a hypoallergenic dog bc fh is allergic otherwise to many dogs. So bc of that it will be either a maltese or shitzu and also have to find out what other dogs are hypoallergenic but those 2 i know definitely are.

Theyre both small dogs so it would be good for you plus no shedding since they dont have dog hair

omg - they're so cute....

i don't go for fluffy, little dogs..which is why the cockapoo is adorable, but as an adult, not my style...that is damn cute though!

most dogs mixed with poodles are hypoallergenic....there are tons...sadly poodles are so not my style...i don't want to settle, it's a big decision! i really want a bulldog - FH says it's too big...

FH and I have committed to getting a puppy when we get back from the honeymoon.

We know we'll 'know' when we find the right puppy but I at least want some ideas of breeds....

So far, we've fallen in love with: a cockapoo, a long haired chihuahua and a shiba inu.

I think we've rulled the chihuahua out...just too small for us....any other ideas? We're in an apartment complex for now but I plan on lots of morning and nightly walks and going home on my lunch break for walks....we don't want anything huge but we don't want anything too small...any suggestions?!?!

I'm so excited!

yay!!!

beagles are adorable as are jack russels. Boxers are great but a little big and they have a LOT of energy and need some room...
cocker spaniels are fabulous as well.
(those are all breads i've either owned or lived with)

my Diva is a JR mix, we think with Corgi...and corgi's are fantastic dogs too.

pomeranians are great, i used to help my neighbor raise them, but they pee EVERYWHERE and 'yip yap' all the time.

basset hounds are great doggies...

who am i kidding?? i love ALL dogs so i better stop now before i list every breed in existance
