It took me reading through liek 15 posts to realize COL means 'cost of living' and not 'Colorado.'

We are staying on LI, our home is here and our family and friends are here.
Both our parents will be retiring in the next 6 years and both our parents plan on buying something down in florida and going to FL for the winter then coming back up in the spring summer, like 6 months here 6 months florida.
I think it will be great because it will give us an excuse to go visit florida in the winter time.

we just bought our house last year so we have no plans of leaving LI...ever...proud to be a new yorker!!!

I plan on staying here forever i never want to leave my entire family is here and FHs mom and sister are here is dad and brother live in other states...I dont want to leave i love it here lol but we may be forced to leave at some point
