I was disapointed with them. On my wedding day the sunroof in one of the cars leaked and ruined my Moms shoes. At the end of the evening the Mercedes that we were comped had a clogged fuel injector so the ride was very bumpy. They have lots of cars and some very beautiful specialty cars but I dont thin they keep there standard fleet in top shape.

I booked Royalty

I booked Royalty for my wedding also. They were so friendly and accommodating to me after I had to cancel my original booking with a different limouisne company because I had found out they did not have a limo license. I was very satisfied with Royalty`s showcase.

I booked Royalty

We will be using them for our 8/3/02 wedding. I don`t think one bad day makes a vendor a bad vendor. Go see them and make a decision then. Happy planning all

Royalty Limos - We Used Them

They were great. We met with Mike, who was such a pleasure to deal with. Unlike any other vendor (and that includes all of them), he was the only one who actually left us alone to talk privately, and he did this more than once. He was so enthusiastic about showing us the cars, it was a lot of fun! It rained on our day, but the two cars arrived plenty early. We booked a Rolls Royce and a Jaguar. Both limo drivers were very friendly and looked after us well. Right before leaving for the church, I had Gus, who drove the Rolls, upgrade our car for the ride home, and that was handled perfectly. Of course, this was not a free upgrade .. I just felt we needed more room for our group. We went from a Towncar to a 6 passenger Lincoln. We have no complaints about Royalty, and would definitely use them again. We also know several people who have used them with much success. However, our drivers did have to be told how to reach our destinations. That wasn`t a big deal to me, but technically should not have happened. I had actually meant to leave all the directions the drivers would need, but never did, so I take part of the responsibility. Like I said, this wasn`t a big deal to me.
