I agree, your emotions are really raw right now but after you both take a moment, come together and talk things through.

I'm sure you guys can make it work if you both want it badly enough!

I'm sorry!

OMG I'm so sorry to hear this-maybe just take a break for the wedding planning. You're both just stressed & overwhelmed at the moment! Give each other some time to cool down. Hopefully everything works out

Re: Sad and Brokenhearted

I wish it was just another fight.

Long story short:

FH went out with his friend on Thursday, he called to say he was leaving at 9:45. I waited till 12 and nothing, 1 and nothing. By 1:20, I was worried and tried to call and text and no reply. From 1-2:30 I must have called over 13 times and NOTHING!!! he got home at 2:30 and thought it was fine and I was worried sick. He stayed to play beer pong and didn't call me or answer my calls because he didn't want to fight. I am sorry, but if we're going to be a family that is not cool and very disrespectful. This is not the first time he has done it and last time he promised that this wont happen again. So now I feel like he can't be trusted and he's too into bachelorhood to be a family :(

don't give up on your dream!
if you love him and he loves you - then work on this.
dont cry honey it will be ok.
fights happen- you'll have a million when you married! - Get to the root of the issue then focus on your love and work together to resolve it.

I don't know what to do :(

6 years and I don't want it to end like this. We have a baby together and thought there was a future, but things will never change and he doesn't think it's serious.

I hate to say it...but that is a MAN thing to do... FH does that every once in a while to me too... At a certain point I decided I would just ask for a general idea as to when he was coming home and assume he is OK if he's later, figuring he's having a good time w/ friends and would go to bed and have him just kiss me when he gets in. This way I don't get disappointed if he comes in late, AND, I still get to bed at a decent hour..... I will say that living together gives us a different perspective on nights like that, though. I typically try to go out with my ladies on the nights that he's doing an all boys event. This way I don't feel like I'm sitting around waiting for him to get home!

Good Luck sweetie!

I wanted to talk it over and asked him to even go see someone to help up and he doesn't want to see anyone and feels like I talk problems to death.

aw honey, don't think that way!! Just try talking to him and explaining what hurt you and the way you feel. He wants to marry you for a reason!!! Try it and see what happens!!!

And guys suck sometimes. they don't understand what hurts us and why we get upset. Just listen to Beyonce's 'If I was a boy' and that will definitely cheer you up! We all feel the same way at times... hang in there!!

Re: Sad and Brokenhearted

after 6 years of being together, you can't just give up

you should try to work it out, obviously if your hearts arent in it then it won't work

but if you love each other and cant imagine life without each other, it will work out!

and whoever suggested couples counseling has a great idea
sometimes you need a neutral party and a wake up call to make it work

I have a rec if you want one for counseling p.s.

I don't want it to end. I don't want to be anywhere else but here, but we need to talk about this and he doesn't want to talk. He just wants to drop it. I was the one that wanted to talk to someone and have them help us. I think the movie 'why did I get married' was a perfect example and sometimes talking it out makes it all work!! Holding it in, ends relationships.
