I went last night, and it was a cute little store, but there wasnt much. I think she is just getting it going. It was of course more expensive than micheals or target, like for instance I bought an album 12X12 post bound at target for 14.00 and she had it for 18.25. The stickers were priced ok, a little more expensive than micheals. But they were VERY nice, I explained to her that I did not know how to do brads beads and eyelets and she told me to come back any other day this week when her sister is in and she will teach me free of charge.. I am very EXCITED about that. cause i want to buy this 1200 piece embellishment kit on QVC.

Over all, its a great place if you live close and need something, and they have all sorts of classes and crop nights. I will definatly go back there. I didnt expect the store to be as cheap as micheals, since its just a mom and pop store, and since its so close to me its a great place to go when your in a pinch.

I want to check out scrapbook alley. Maybe ill do that this weekend.

suzanne! I forgot to buy the stickee dispenser at merediths party! does micheals sell it? If not I can buy it at my party I guess lol

its not a printer...you punch the shapes you want to make into a 'sticker' then you put it through the machine and it puts the adhisive on it. I have printed out clipart from the internet and ran the paper through the machine and it looks like stickers!!

The small one is about 8.00, middle about $40 and the large about $120...all well worht it!!!

Lisa, I have been eyeing the Xyrons but for some reason they intimidate me a little...LOLOLOL

Do you know if they work on vellum?

Wow lisa, i want the 8.00 one to start... where can i get it? micheals?

so i just print out clip art off the pc and run it through!! that sounds great!

Tammy, sticker dispencer? i didnt even see that?

Christine...it will work on vellum but you will still see the glue through the vellum. Unless you are goint to cover most of the vellum, I suggest you use the doulbe sided tape made especially for vellum!!

I have been using mini glue dots and covering them with embellishments but I got the special tape last week.

I think what Tammyjill is referring to is the photo tab dispenser. I have one that is from Hermafix and its great!!

This is what I have. I think the CM on is a little different...is more of a box right??
