soo disappointed

my photographer is giving me the run around for my album and parent albums...first they said 12 weeks and then they said 14 weeks....so i called and they said middle of February...they do not care about the customer and their deadlines...they blamed it on Hurricane Sandy (which they weren't even effected by it). soo annoyed...

Who is your photog? That happened to a friend of mine with Duet. I'm sorry to hear that, if they keep jerking you around you should go there and confront the owner in person. You shouldn't have to wait so long for you albums and have them make promises they can't keep.
