this is true.. for my Girlfriends BP we went to lucky cheng's then hunk o rama at the old limelight and everyone there had on a veil that lit up or had penises on it...ha ha ha... i personally love the cheesiness(hmm is that word.. i cant spell today).. there aren't too many times u can be that cheesy and have people be happy for u while your doing it..lolol.

Yeah, that is a huge problem. He never cheated on her but like I said he was very wild when they first met. Oh, did I mention that her last boyfriend (of 5 years) actually left her for a stripper!! So, it is more of her own insecurities then anything else. I don't think her DH would ever cheat on her. Yes he was very wild but he has completely changed since he met her. I guess for some girls they just can't get over the past experiences. But, I could see where she was coming from and all the guys knew where she stood and they did not have any stippers out of respect for her wishes. I believe that if both parties are ok with it.. awesome, but if even one of you is uncomfitable about it - then it's not worth it.

Well wild doesn't always mean its bad. I dont know what you mean by wild but FH used to party every weekend and partied hardcore. But he didn't get into relationships if he wasn't ready, and still wanted to have fun. So thats why he was mostly single bc he wasn't going to commit if he couldnt be monogamous. So wild isnt always bad lol...her ex leaving her for a stripper i can see her insecurities about it.

well if someone is gonna cheat then they would cheat regardless. Whether it was a bachelor party or a regular night out with the guys...A guy who NEVER cheats is not all of a sudden JUST gonna cheat for the bachelor party.

completely agree!!!! like its sad but FH's old roommate hwen he was stationed in San Diego cheated on well now his fiance (since they got engaged 2 weeks ago) with 3 different girls while in san diego since his fiance was in NJ. And I said omg what is going to happen at his bacholer party...

They only thing that bothers me about the whole theme of BP's is that famous saying, 'it's your last night being single'... you are not single, I am not single, we are engaged to be married... (I am not talking about me and my FH, I am talking about people who say this) I am lucky enough to have complete trust in FH and for him to have it in me, but when I hear people say that, it drives me nuts... It's a night to go out with your girlfriends/guy friends and just have a great time, not act like you are single!!

yea i dont like that either...and that is one great thing about FH he is like i havent been single since 1/2/05 (when we started dating) and he said i asked you to marry me we have been engaged and i WANT THIS haha so I am not going to start on my bacholer party night to say this is my last night single because if i didnt do this stuff before when we were just dating it doesnt mean i am going to doit now before i get married...and plus he doesnt see it as a his last night being single and doing crazy crap he sees it as the guys going out celebrating that he is getting married and being with someone for the rest of his life that he loves

Hey i mean its not like i am going to stop him when we are married from looking at pretty woman or staring at their big boobs haha i mean hey he is human i stare at good looking guys...so he doesnt need a night to stare at big boobs all day and a pretty woman. yuck i HATE male strippers. their gross.

i wouldnt mind FH having strippers. i took him to a strip club for his 21st and paid to have him brought on stage. hes not big on strippers though so he'll probably just go out drinking with his friends.

That is the ONLY thing about BP parties that gets under my skin... Have as much fun as you want, drink as much as you want, have as many lap dances as you want, but the minute someone tells me 'It's my last night of being single' i flip out... I just think of how I acted when I was single and, well, lets not go there ;)

I think this is a dangerous topic because almost everyone is going to have pretty strong feelings one way or the other. It has to come done to what both people are ok with. I know I don't want them at mine and don't want them at my FH's, (lucky for me FH is very shy and doesn't want them either). It has nothing to do with how much I trust him bc that is NOT an issue. It's a personal choice. Even if I thought the girl was the uglist thing the world, I still would not want her flashing herself to him. And FH feels the same way about male strippers with me. I don't think anyone should be judged for it.

Well, his friends will definitely egg him on, but i don't think they would push it passed innappropriate, and if they do, I know that FH will say enough... it's all about the trust

It is touchy b/c I think it is very black and white, people are either ok with it, or they are dead set against it. Either way, it's fine, but I think it gets so touchy because there is really no grey area, if that makes any sense

i definitely agree Denise. I dont mind strippers being at FH's BP. I dont mind him even getting a lapdance- just nothing crazy like forcing people to do things. But i know Fh wouldnt let it get that far...

anyway haha some topics that we post definitely get sensitive due to the opinions people have. but i def dont mind having an open discussion and i dont want to knock anyones opinions down but others should be respectful as well and not knock people who ahve different opinions then them...like that whole DOG POST a couple days ago thankfully this post we are all adults and respectful

I feel us 08ers are very respectful of each other and let everyone voice their opinion without getting crazy...I love it on this board!!!!!!!!!!!
