I have the GLS..leather, cold weather package, ASR Tiptronic, rain snesor, sun screen, sun/moon roof...

hmmmm... I have a GLX fully loaded... maybe thats the difference and I also had my tinted windows put into my monthly payments. I think it was about $420 before the tint and a little under $450 afterwards. BUT my insurance is SOOOO cheap Im ok with it.

does the passat have the function where you can lower all the windows with the key from the outside? I love that...especially on hot days...lets all the hot air out!!

Oh yea the GLX is much more than the GLS... thats why i went with the GLS...do you have climate control.. i didnt get that with the GLS... I have so many airbags its not even funny.. there are 8.. even the insurance co. could not believe it!! LOL

Yabbobay, yea the key turns down all the windows, thats gonna be good for the beach !!

That is how I told my mom I was pregnant... I got my car in March 2001 and found out I was prego in Oct 2001.

I walked in told her to sit down. I asked her why I got such a safe car. She said to keep any future kids safe. Then I told her I was going to be using it for that reason.

I do have the climate control. Its a nice feature!!! You set it to 70 and the whole time you are in the car its 70. AHHHHHHH

My insurance co only cares about 4 airbags. the extra 4 are an added bonus.

I keep putting all my windows down with the one key in the door thing and I keep forgetting that I have a sun blocking thing for Emma on one window and it keeps getting caught. Maybe one day Ill learn! Also another great feature is the sun screen already built into the back window!!

thats AWESOME!! thats why i got the passat, cause i could have bought out the bug.. it would have been totaly worth it cause i only put 16K miles on it in three years ,it was like brand new, but i wanted a bigger car and a four door for the kids...

i would have liked the climate control that is nice.. i have the sun screen but its manual, in my infiniti it was auto.. that was nice...

The GLX is soo nice. but the both of us have brand new cars that we lease so i needed to worry about money... i want a house soon

My lease is up next July. Hopefully I will be pregnant next May or June so we are going to give my Passat back, I could buy it for $17K at the end of the lease. right now I have 31k miles and I can put 17k in the next 12 months!!! I want to get something bigger. Its a great car with one car seat. The trunk is HUGE but I dont think its a smart idea with 2 car seats and a huge stroller. Im looking at a Tahoe or Navigator as my next car... I want something with a navagation system. I love gadgets.

kp... I love the nav! my parents have the BMW X5 with navigation and its awesome, there are little fork and knives on it indicating resturants!! I LOVE IT.. but it costs as much as a rent payment
