I'm sorry I don't know how to create a link, but you can see my daughter's centerpieces if you go to the top and click on MY WEDDING. Then go to Photo album and you will find the pictures I posted. Hope it helps. Everyone admired how beautiful the flowers were.

This is not the best of pictures but it is the only one I can find right now that gives you an idea of what my centerpieces looked like (I have not gotten my proofs yet). They were just calla lillies in a vase. Very simple.

Thanks for posting your pictures sandj and LImom. It's funny how I'm debating at the similar CPs that you guys posted. I'm not sure to either go with calla lilies or mix of flowers. Aagh!! decisions, decisions, decisions.

Re: The Official Woodbury Country Club Thread
Jack and Rose did great forcenterpieces but I would not recommend him if you have not booked a florist yet. he was very disorganized, my girls flowers did not come out quite right and apparently, my church flowes were wilting!!!!!!!!!!!! fm with more questions....i may not check it everyday though.

Joan, you are welcome. The number of decisions involved in putting a wedding together is staggering. My only advice to you is once you decide on something - don't look back! If you question your choices you will make yourself miserable and nothing is ever a sure thing anyway!!! So go with your instincts and you will have a gorgeous wedding.
I noticed you are using Flowers by Burton's. I am a very fussy person when it comes to details, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. When you go for your sample centerpiece, though, if you find anything wrong, get the corrections you want in writing and follow up on them a day or two before. Mike was not there for the sample (intentional? I don't know) and my requests were not honored. We were too busy to think twice about it and, in the end, my daughter was very happy anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. Also, if you have a Jr. BM, be sure you tell them how big of a girl she is, not just the age. Our Jr. BM ended up with a tiny bouquet and she was taller than some of the BM's. That was totally our fault!
All the best. Plus you picked a great wedding day - my birthday!!! LOL!

Re: The Official Woodbury Country Club Thread
Hi FrescaBride! I noticed your post and thought of you also. Thanks so much for the birthday wishes. That was so nice of you.How are all your plans going? Have you been to WCC again? You are past the 6 month mark. How exciting! It will go really fast from now on - and your new life will begin.
We are less than two weeks away from my son's wedding. Being the last of 4 to leave the house, I do have some moments! Thank God I'm very busy and did I tell you, he bought me a puppy to take his place? Scooby is an adorable Maltese and is doing a wonderful job of cheering me up. But my son is extremely happy and I couldn't be happier for him and his future bride.
We'll chat again, I'm sure. I'm back to LIW more now that they have a Pet Forum. There is so much to learn, and as with weddings, the girls are so very nice sharing their advice and experiences.
Keep well.
