Ok we went to register at a 2nd place on saturday, we went to crate and barrel...I have to give him credit though bc he picked out alot of the things and they are great and coordinated everything together. BUT he put a $1,000 day bed which is like a couch you put in the living room on our registry. I started cracking up and saying no we dont put furniture on the registry and he questioned me why not lol. He said he doesn't care, this will be an item for either his mom or aunt to buy for him and yes they do spoil him that much. He said obviously ppl aren't gonna feel they have to spend it theyll spend whatever and ppl know big items are usually for the parents, but hes still out of his mind lol.
Most of our items are very fairly priced, its a wide range with MANY MANY MANY things $100 and under and then just a few higher priced items...i did stop him before he put on a whole living room set lol
here is the day bed, he thought it was the most comfortable thing and it actually was.
hahah he is not crazy., in italian family's (i know ur Fh is italian) the brothers and sisters furnish the house. So yea maybe his siblings will get him the couch hahahahhah or parents...
yea i was shocked at what people purchased FH's godmother bought our entire fine china set.

My parents got us our living room furniture.
more like his parents, his brother actually doesnt spend money the way FH does lol but you never know...yeah he is definitely an italian prince
hmmm maybe i should just more things lol, ill let him do whatever tomorrow bc we're going to fortunoff to register at our final place

yes - that is why we tried to do as much as possible OURSELVES for our little start apartment that way when we get our house we can get that all taken care of
i know my mom and dad bought everyone their bedroom sets
and then my brother and sister might chip in and get like a dining room set

so when they offered to get us stuff NOW we said NO WAY LOL we want to save that up for the REAL stuff - not the cheap stuff we are getting just bc it fits up the stairs!

i think thats such a guy thing to do, so its definitely adorable and hey - you never know. we actually have a full apartment so nothing we registered for is really that expensive (except the china and possible espresso machine if i can find one i like)

Around 1:30 ish and then we were there until about 2:30 - 3:00. We ended up not registrying because FH decided he was starving and couldn't concnetrate
i think we got there about 3:30-4pm

OMG Thats me! I was the one trying to put crazy things on the registry and FH was like, 'Isnt that too expensive' Im like, hey, you never know!!! Might as well have it on there, if no one gets it, then no one gets it. Doesnt hurt to try right?! LOL If it wasnt for him, Id put a flat screen on that baby!

we put the same item on our registry---not expecting anyone to get it for us, but if its on your registry and no one buys it for you then they give you 10% off of it after your wedding

thats so funny...we did get there earlier and parked right in front of crate and barrel but we went to the sneaker store first and then a few other places

i was going to say - my sisters already told me we should register for the plasma tv we want... so they could chip in and buy it for us! Pretty nice gift. Close family does that - I have 3 sisters and we always chip in with my mom and get like a really nice gift so i won't be surprised if you get it.

yeah fh wanted to get a new tv for himself and his mom said uhmmm put it on your registry and someone might just buy it for you, but sounded more like she was hinting that he should put it on the registry bc she might get it for him lol
see i know if my parents are gonna buy things like that they'll take me and say ok get what you want, but yeah i guess they can just get it off the registry
