We need to keep things positive!! We are all approaching our wedding dates, so lets take what really p i sses us off and turn it around and laugh about it!!
My BM, who cannot afford to bring her fiance from TX, asked to bring 2 dates, her mom and bro...so her whole fam....
Sure thing...I just need to take a trip to the money farm!

my cousin (who is giving me away and in the wedding party) told me that he wont be eating the dinner the hall provides. He is a bodybuilder and will be training so he is bringing a cooler filled with tuna, boiled chicken and yams!

My Uncle can't come up from Florida for the wedding because 'he needs to stay with the dog'.
There is more to this story but it really just boils down to this ridiculousness.

When picking my date someone told me to 'hurry up' because my grandma might not be around for the later date..........why thanks for pointing that out for me!!!

while interviewing prospective photographers I asked if photog could air brush certain pics to cover unsightly moles and freckles on my arms, my gown is sleeveless.
He said it would be easier for him if I just got a dress with sleeves.

When I sent my engagement party invitations, I decided to keep them simple, so I didn't use an inner envelope. So, on the outer envelope I would put something like this: Mr. & Mrs. Smith & Daughters (the daughters are tweens)
So, my cousin who has two tween daughters calls us to RSVP to say she's coming and she asks, 'Are my daughters invited?'
Luckily my mom took that call otherwise I would have said: 'WEll, duh!!!!!! Read the freaking envelope!!!!!!'
I guess such is life...

When I sent out my invites, I didn't put the inner reply envelope stamp on my bridal party's invites. I just didn't put one on, I knew they were coming, I don't need it back. My FSIL/MOH called me to 'make sure' I put them on the inside of everyone elses!!!!!!!!! Of course I did! and I got the idea from her. (she did the same thing for us at ehr wedding!)

My mom told us she wasn't going to come to our e-party so she could conserve money to pay for the reception.............but she went to acapulco for 9 days the same week as e-party!

i was talking with a girlfriend of mine and saying how im picking out invitations and shes like we already got them in september and im like nooooooo those were save the date magnets in september shes like oh i thought they were invitations - and im like ok you know the date - but what church would you go to ? what time? and where is the RH?
