We gave our final bid on a house - UPDATE!!!!!!

And I'm not feeling too optimistic. I keep telling myself that if it doesn't work out, there is always something better out there. It's so hard to think that way especially since we're so close and this house was perfect. Maybe it's not perfect enough

Update:
The seller ACCEPTED!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!

keep trying to be optimistic...if you dont get this one theres another bigger and better ad more perfect house out there waiting for you

ive seen so many people LOVE a place and not get it and then after find something they love much better so don't worry...Plus you might get this so dont be down yet

I know, that's what I keep telling myself. People told us that when we start looking we will have our hearts broken. I just don't want it to happen to me.

I know people get tired of hearing this, myself included, but Everything happens for a reason, so if it doesn't work out, then you will find a better house and possibly for a better price. Keep the faith.
