I would say that any good, quality band is going to run you over 5k. The band I am using starts at 6600.

if a good quality band started at 5K -- then i guess i'm screwed.

have to respectively disagree with you on that one. my band cost less than 1K -- its white gold and has 5 diamonds across in 4 prong basket setting, just under 3/4 carat TW. i think its gorgeous and a great quality. you don't necesarily have to spend $5K++ to have a good band

i am having mine custom made - bookends for 1500-1700. They are white gold, channel set, 10-12 round cut stones per band.

I would have to disagree here. I am getting a very good quality band with diamonds in it and my jeweler, who works in the diamond district in NYC (owns his own company), says it shouldn't cost more than $1500.

Us too!! I think mine was $1800 and it's got a d color stones in it and it's14k gold.

I agree my band is platinum with diamonds we have been dealing with him for years and my band was very reasonable. and great quality.

I am soooo sorry, ladies. Yes, I thought you meant MUSIC BANDS. Nooo, I am hoping to spend under 1k on wedding rings, but it will prob. be in the 1-2k range.

I have been getting a lot of FMs about the wedding band I'm using, so I guess that was just on my mind. Now it makes sense. When I saw the poll, I was like 'under 1k' for a wedding band? How are they pulling that one off. LOL!!!

at first when i went looking i saw outrageous prices too and didnt think it was worth it, only bc i knew they were selling the exact same thing i can get elsewhere for less.

I got my ring for less than half of what the first place i went to was trying to charge.

Fm me if you want info, they are really nice and you can get a beautiful band for a MUCH better price

My band was over 5k
I wanted an eternity band because i love how the diamonds go all the way around

Mine is $875, his is $750.
Mine has little diamonds all around. I love it. I can't imagine spending thousands for a ring, any ring. We choose 2 we love. The othr one I was considering was only $350, and it was even better looking than the one I chose!
