Just ignore if you don't want to read this... I have tried and failed WW now 6 times. I checked my bank balance yesterday and saw that WW had put through the online service (which I had approved and asked them for etc) and I took it as a sign to go ahead and give it one last go. ON top of that Fergie was on Larry King Live last night and she looks friggin fabulous...another sign.
So I need lots of support!!! Let's hang in there together. I'm getting married 9-6-03, so the way I figure it, I have about 34 weeks or so to lose 25-40 lbs, which can be done! HELP ME GIRLS!

OK I hope our WW thread doesn't get lost in all the logs!
Lunch: Spinach salad with red kidney beans, mushrooms, a leetle blue cheese (the crumbled kind) red, yellow and green peppers and tomatoes. I'm hoping for a larger pt dinner with FH.

Re: Weight Watchers...again
for lunch I had a salad w. chicken, tomato, cucumbers, carrots, broccoli. They tossed it in light ranch dressing. How do I count points for the chicken and salad dressing? He hardly put any dressing on it (probably b.c I yelled stop! like a WW lunatic) For breakfast I had 2 egg whites on an english muffin w. 1/2 slice of cheese (5 points). Once again, the man making my sandwich thought I was crazy for only wanting 1/2 slice. He actually said, 'I am not going to charge you less for this!' Right, like I am trying to pull one over on you and save the big .50 on cheese

Repost from my journal:
For lunch I had about 3-4 cups of veggies from mongolian bbq, 2 slices of beef 5 pts.and probably a cup of carrots and chestnuts all together 1-2 pts, plus half a cup of rice - 2 pts.
So far 9 for lunch at most, plus whatever fruit I eat... and now 19 for the day === only light snacking alowed.

Re: Weight Watchers...again
HMI - chicken is one pt per ounce...so was it a handful? If it was a handful it was probably roughly 3-5 ozs, so 3-5 pts. I always estimate high..better than underestimating. If it was more than that, just guesstimate and then underdo it the rest of the day....

Sage you are SO not a failure girl! You're human! We all do it. Just wait til I post on here that I went bananas eating half a brick of Cracker Barrell cheese (extra sharp cheddar ahem) with 852,000 Wheat Thins! Or that I went nuts eating an entire pound of pasta!
You're human, chica. Keep your chin up and try to eat low pts the rest of the day. Just be sure to get right back on track.
