xjulietx...the 4 seasons menu does include a dessert, I think it is an ice cream dish. I got the pastery trays as well and that is in addition to the dessert and cake...hope that helped

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)

Thanks guys for the welcome! I am so excited about the Westbury Manor! I love it soooo much and keep hearing rave reviews. I, myself, have never been to a wedding there, but I am fully confident!

Is there a way I can bookmark our thread so it is easier for me to find than typing in Westbury Manor, finding our thread, then, finding the lastest posts?

I am still trying to figure out this site.......

I also got the ice-cream dessert thrown in with the cake and venetian platters. Did everyone get that? If you didn't, you should ask.
I wonder how much extra that chocolate fountain would be?

Did anyone get that shrimp boat???? My mom wanted it so bad, but it was a lot more money!

We will have to do a prayer that we ALL get the outdoor cocktail hour! Dave said he had an agreement with G-d that it wouldn't rain!!
Even though it's so far away, I hope......

So the Four Seasons menu comes with ice cream and wedding cake. Good to know. And we added the pastry trays. Yummy

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)

That is so great about the chocolate fountain!! I am so trying to sell the idea to FI, but he says we are having chocolate dipped fruit at the venetian hour - but I say its not the same thing!! I know its a losing battle but it is still fun playing bridezilla with him!!

I am going to WM this weekend for my 1 year engagement anniversary!! I can't wait!!!!!

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)

Oh and Gagie24 - we added on the seafood boat. I was at a wedding at the Fox Hollow that had it and it was awesome!! It is literally a boat filled with clams, shrimp, etc... Maybe if you have some money left over at the end you can add it on. We negotiated the price of it since we were adding alot of things into our package!! Welcome again!!

I have a question for everyone that already booked...I just called and they said no appointment necessary - just walk in. I think she said 11am - 9pm Monday - Sunday is that right?

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)

We need to book the reception hall - I know I have Westbury down on my profile (it's the place I absolutely 100% want) but we haven't made it official yet. We have to meet with them and a few other places. I'm hoping to go this weekend and then I can officially join everyone in this thread!!

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)

They are right. You don't need an appt. FH and I went and we only waited a few minutes and then we met with someone.

Good luck!

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)

WBM is located on Jericho Tpke off of Glen cove road. I think thier website has precise directions.

No word yet on the Chocolate Fountain from my BM. My FI and I are going back and forth with it. He wants the shrimp boat. Which we heard was very nice. But I still want the chocolate fountain. I keep telling my FI he can get shrimp anytime

I copied the address from the direction cards WM gave me...South Side of Jericho Turnpike 25

I should have left off the *25* but oh well. There's too many details to this wedding for me to be stressing over something most people aren't going to notice.

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)

I don't think I included an address at all on the reception card b/c I included a directional card. I think I just wrote - Westbury Manor, Westbury, New York.
