That chocolate fountain would be such a hit...but no, I just can't go there yet... of course, it would give FH a desert to eat (he's allergic to eggs - no wedding cake for him!
) and since we're not having a venetian hour (much to FMIL's dismay)... oh my, decisions decisions!

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)
I just booked in September. They were just starting to roll out the new 'Four Seasons' menu. My BM gave me both the old and new (since the new wasn't 'officially released' yet) and said I can work off either. He assured me that all brides will have the option of using both menus - which does include 4 choices + chef's choice of vegetarian. Just give them a call and they will send you one or you can pick one up if you are in the neighborhood. No Worries!

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)
okay! But I have to warn you, I have an uncle who will have to be dragged away from it (kicking and screaming most likely) otherwise he'll just invite himself to your cocktail hour
. He always says his favorite vegetable is the coco bean!

This chocolate fountain talk has given me an idea. I think I want to Fondu this weekend and maybe even Fondu for my bridesmaids luncheon. Can anyone tell that I am getting hungry?

Ha Juliet!!!
That is awesome you booked him too. Looks like we both have great taste!!
I just looked at your bio. Are you still going to Italy? Where? It would be too funny if we are going to the same places???

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)
We still want to go to Italy but neither of us have sat down to discuss where. We think we should go to Rome, Naples, Florence, Venice, the Amalfi Coast... but we don't know any specifics. What about you?

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)
Hey Girls...just got back from Florida and see our thread has grown! Great! About the menus...I booked in May and I received the 4 Seasons menu. Susan told me I can mix and match to make up my menu and if there was something I wanted that wasn't on there to just let them know and they will accomadate me. I get 4 dinner choices plus a vegetarian. I think that is plenty. Only 4 months to go!!
Don't worry girls, I hear they do a terrific job...that's why I picked them.

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)
Can any past WM brides confirm that the Four Seasons menu includes a dessert? We decided we wanted the tiered pastry trays and I could have sworn that Susan told me that would be our dessert, but according to the menu it includes a dessert. I am confused

Babybride Thanks. We are really happy we chose John.Chocolate Fountain lovers
I called Gennaro my BM on Thursday and I asked him about the chocolate fountain. They do not have it right now but he is going to look into it for me :) I'll let you know what he comes back with.
Does anyone have the Aspen menu?
