Does anybody know the cake filling choices?Oh, and the card table - does anybody know what it looks like and where it is positioned?
BTW - very happy that we have this thread to ask each other questions - good idea!

We got RAVES about the Rack of Lamb - the lamb was one of the reasons DH wanted the Westbury Manor! For the bride and groom, they will put together all 4 entrees so you can try all of it

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)
Hey everyone..was away for a few days, so happy to see we have a thread
I am getting married at WM on 3/14/2004. My FH and I fell in love with it right away. Susan is our BM and so far she has been great to work with. I will be in the Manor room with cocktail hour starting at 6 in the GardenRoom/Library. FH and I are going there this month to eat in the restaurant since there is no food tasting
Tanbride- did you make those menus or did they supply it? As far as I know the placecard table is right outside the door for the Manor room. Good luck everybody thing. Less then 5 months!!!!

Anybody have any pics of centerpieces they used on WM tables? Just wondering because they are oval tables rather then round. Thanks!

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)
I don't have any pictures, but did see quite a few when looking at photographer albums. Almost anything works well. Low and long or high. Just thought I would share that I am having high centerpieces with the spiral stand and the three votives on it. I love candles!! I will have an arrangement on the top and the bottom of the stand in a mix of summer colors/flowers - with lots of hydrangea cause I LOVE that flower!!! Anyone else thought about flowers yet??

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)
I'm doing low, long centerpieces. when I booked my florist (burtons) he suggested low because of the low ceilings in my room, which worked because I wanted low anyway. someone who recently posted their wedding pics on this site had something very similar to what my florist showed me as a suggestion...give me a minute to find it...

I'm planning on adding votives to the tables but will be buying them myself to save money with the florist. In your opinion, how many votives should I put on each table? Thanks!

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)
Tanbride... I love love love your menus. Classy with the monogram. I might have to borrow your idea. Did you have them printed? Did WBM offer them?Centerpeices... We are using the Garden room. I am concerned about crowding. The tables are very full with all the china so we are going with an elegant pedestal arrangement or topiary (sp?) . We recently saw this arrangement at an expo by Party Sensation. Try to ignore the black table cloth.
Votives.. I am putting votives on the table as well with rose petals maybe 5-6 votives. Not sure if we will use the candle sticks offered by WBM.

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)
GARDEN ROOM BRIDESI just finished my list and with only close family and friends it is 87 just my side. My fiance has about 65. I am worried because we only wanted to have 120. Partly because our room maxes at 140 which is too crowded in my thinking. 120 is perfect. I know not all people invited show up but our families are pretty close and 99% attend major family functions. I am fretting. Is anyone else stressing about the room being too crowded? Am I stressing over nothing? I just don't want it to be tight.
How many are on your guest list?
