Traveling to conferences, but I haven't been anywhere super cool yet...just New Orleans and Los Angeles. But there is the potential for conferences in Europe if I'm lucky.

Right now it's tickets to any show I want to see and time off in lieu of overtime pay. Potential contact with semi-celebrities ETA: I get 27 vacation days per year. 60% off in the on site cafe, 10% off in gift and book shops, free entry to most museums around the city.
When I worked in NY, I got tickets to the ballet all of the time (most of the time I had to be there), occasional free lunches, and lots of travel (I've been to Greece, Japan, China, Singapore, Taiwan and various US cities with work).

Perks? Oh that's funny!
They have a coffee machine here, but the coffee is not so good, so I still buy my own.
Occasionally a client can't use tickets to a show or a game, so we get the option, but that is very rare.

summers off lots of vacations being silly with 14 year olds and getting paid for it my own classroom to decorate working 10 months and getting paid all 12

I get to make my own hours, don't have a boss looking over me ever, get paid even when my kids are absent, get lots of extra holidays off, can take off whenever I want, just have to make up the hours. I love my job!!

I would have to say that my boss is very understanding when it comes to me taking time off when my daughter gets sick. She never gives me a hard time about being out.
